DAOL Investment Management (operations of the Management Company) Committed to developing mutual funds so that investors can access to current investment much as possible. At the same time, the management company realizes the importance of conducting and operating business with honesty, fairness and adherence to social responsibility and stakeholders according to good corporate governance principles, ethics and business standards.

Management company announced its intention to fight against bribery and corruption by participating in Thailand’s Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption: CAC in order to build business standard that are free from bribery and corruption and build good practice guidelines for the performance of operation of the management company including those involved in order to achieve such intentions. Management company set the policies and anti-Bribery and Corruption guidelines to determine duties and responsibilities of operation of the management company. Including setting guidelines that are suitable for the business and related laws. In order for operations and business operations that may have risks of accepting bribery and corruption to be considered. And to impose more stringent prevention measures. Including to build and transmit culture in the organization regarding anti-bribery and corruption at the management company, management company committee, director, internal officer, including related person to understand and participate in against bribery and corruption.

With great intention, Management Company want to build business culture that is free from free from bribery and corruption. Hopefully, anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy and Guidelines will be cooperated and supported from officers of the management company at all levels.
